Use and Characteristics:
1.Infinite extension length of paper feed and slot using servo drive system,can be unlimited extension of paper feed and slot. It can also produce standard box,double box,heaven and earth box,full wing box,half wing box,middle sealed box,side sealed box and custom.It can quickly switch several box types.
2.The leading edge adopts servo pressure free system to protect the cardboard mold and does not affect the printing effect of the cardboard.
3.The servo system can complete the tool row function,realize 5-50 seconds quick order change,It can connect the Production management system,ERP,scan the two-dimensional code for order change,etc.
4.Feed paper count setting,display production quantity.
5.The position of left and right baffle adopts servo control.
Five Joint Unit:
1.The tool shaft has 5 cutter heads,and the row tool mechanism adopts ball screw and linear guide rail to make the adjustment more accurate.
2.Pre-press roller,press roller,seamless steel pipe,fine grinding surface,hard chrome plating treatment,and spiral cleaning tank,easy to remove the dust.
3.The cardboard is pre-pressed,fine pressed,and pressed twice to ensure perfect linear.
